Speaking:

I speak about resilience, adversity, and the strength it takes to keep moving forward when life unexpectedly changes.

Although much of my work is rooted in chronic illness, the themes themselves are universal: loss, uncertainty, and rebuilding after difficult life changes.

My talks combine clinical understanding, lived experience, and carefully crafted storytelling with honesty, depth, and emotional insight.

As a 2026 National Finalist in the Toastmasters International Speech Contest, I’m known for delivering talks that are thoughtful, empowering, and deeply resonant - without relying on surface-level motivation or toxic positivity.

The aim is not simply to inspire,

It’s to help audiences reconnect with their strength and feel seen.

I speak on topics including:

  • chronic illness and identity

  • resilience and adversity

  • navigating uncertainty and change

  • rebuilding confidence after loss

  • self-compassion and emotional wellbeing

  • finding strength in difficult seasons of life

I speak for:

  • podcasts and radio interviews

  • panel discussions

  • healthcare organisations

  • charities and support groups

  • conferences and wellbeing events

  • leadership and professional audiences
