Maybe one of the most hopeful things I can say is this:

I know what it’s like to live with chronic illness - the exhaustion, uncertainty, and loss of identity that can come with it.

I work with those living with chronic illness who are trying to navigate the emotional and practical realities of their condition.

With a background in nursing, a degree in physiology, and years of lived experience, I understand chronic illness from both a clinical and personal perspective. That allows me to offer support grounded in both research and real-life experience.

Our work together:

Coaching is collaborative and led by you.

There is no fixed programme. Together, we create an approach that is shaped around your needs, priorities, and capacity.

This may include:

  • rebuilding self-trust

  • nervous system regulation

  • managing energy and reducing overwhelm

  • setting boundaries without guilt

  • grief for the life left behind

Although I walk alongside you, you decide:

  • what we focus on

  • the pace at which we work

Sessions are held online via Google Meet (or your preferred platform), reducing the energy demands that often come with attending appointments in person and allowing you to join from your desk, sofa, or bed.

This work is not…

  • a quick fix

  • toxic positivity

  • medical diagnosis or treatment

This work is…

A supportive, non-judgemental space where you are met with honesty, understanding, and compassion.

The goal is not to return to who you were before.

It’s to begin creating a way of living that supports your current reality - while still allowing room for hope, meaning, and growth.

Because even with chronic illness, life doesn’t have to stay on hold.

Initial coaching package:

A supportive starting point where we explore what matters most to you and begin creating a sustainable way forward grounded in self-trust and compassion.

  • One x 60-minute introductory session

  • Eight x 60-minute coaching sessions

  • Weekly email support between sessions

  • A dedicated reflection session to review progress, recognise growth, and explore next steps together

    Investment: £750

  • Payment plans available on request.

Chronic illness is rarely linear, and ongoing coaching support is available to those who would benefit from continued guidance, reflection and support beyond the initial package.
